National Defence College course 34 Visits Kebbi,Says, is a hub of Industrial potentials

The participants of Course 34 graduates of the National Defence College assured to submits their strategic recommendations on national security, agricultural and natural resources as they visited Kebbi State for national concern.



The team leader of of the course 34 graduates , Commodore AA Abu disclosed this when he led the team of the participants on courtesy visit to the emir of Gwandu Major General Muhammad Iliyasu Nashar retired, at his palace in Birnin Kebbi, the state capital.



Commodore Abu said that, the college is nurturing future strategic leaders equipped with knowledge and analytical skills to address Nigeria’s evolving defence and security challenges.



He said that, since its establishment in 1992, the college had graduated many participants, including senior officers from the armed forces, police, and key government institutions, as well as international participants from Africa as this team has two participants from Tanzania and Gabon.



According to thim, they are in the emir's palace to seek for furtherly, elderly and professional advises as the emir was a retired general of the Nigerian army as his words will receive diligent attention and critical review for implementation
as we are forwarding our recommendations.

Responding, the emir urged the participants to remain inquisitive, innovative, and patriotic in their service to the nation, adding that it is our joint responsibility to ensure that this nation is productive, governed inclusively, and securing a future for generations yet unborn.

He also called on them to ensure that, they are training their children good morals, as well as to look into the demands of their families as they are watching them always and train people, develop their economy, promote industrial growth, and protect the sovereignty.

The team leader also commended Governor Idris for transforming the state as being a home of rice farming, onions, and other cash crops in Nigeria that can be exported to other parts of the world. 

‎It could be recalled that, the participants were in Kebbi State for study tour for the period of five days and have paid similar visit to Governor Nasir Idris of kebbi State and they expected to round off tomorrow Saturday.
