Kebbi School girls abduction: Zamfara APC lauds Matawalle's efforts over their rescue

The Zamfara State chapter of the All Progressives Congress APC commended the effort of Minister of State for Defence, Dr Bello Mohammed Matawalle for prompt coordinating the rescue and safe return of all the abducted students of Government Girls' Comprehensive Secondary School, Maga, Kebbi state.
The State Publicity Secretary of the Party Yusuf Idris has said in a statement Wednesday in Gusau the state capital.
According to the party, the sterling effort of Matawalle as Honourable Minister of State for Defence, has demonstrated and justified his capability in running the office.
The rescue of all the females in good and sound condition in less than a week from President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's marching order on the minister to relocate to Kebbi state for the onerous duty has put to shame and silenced all the detractors who condemned the federal government in resolving the nation's security issues.
"We want to say a big kudos to all the security agencies and their ever ready personnel who professionally rescue the victims and urge them to maintain the tempo until the whole nation is safe".
The party described Matawalle's approach to insecurity, which he deployed while serving as governor of Zamfara State, has exemplified in coordinating the successful rescue of the abducted Maga school children.
The party also commends President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for putting the lives of his people first by cancelling all his scheduled engagement to monitor the security situation in the country.
"We also congratulate the Kabbi state government under the leadership of His Excellency, Dr. Nasiru Idris and the parents of the abducted girls for the safe rescue and return of their children unhurt and in good condition of health". The statement added
